Our client chose a site in an area where the residents were determined to keep trees in their neighborhood.  There was no precedent for this procedure for the national client, yet they were determined to secure this site for their next location.

GVH arranged a compromise and produced plans for a site with a tree-lined driveway and buffer area between the residences and the development.  This solution satisfied zoning issues and the community, while producing good-will and a good customer base for our client.

Hellertown Pennsylvania

Our client needed a particular site in a heavily populated residential community where the residents were not amenable to development.  GVH & Associates assessed the market, selected the location, and put it together piece by piece. 

After taking the site through the rezoning process, our client was able to claim their next strategic location.
